We are still studying about Presidents. This week we are reading about Abraham Lincoln and why he is important to the United States of America. One of our new reading centers is typing a story about Presidents. Kaydyn typed a story about George Washington, Katie typed about George Washington, and Jordan typed about all the Presidents. Their stories are hung up with their center work. Today we went to PE with Coach Underwood and started to play Three Wolves.
I am so impressed that you are studying history with our presidents. My favorite president was John F. Kennedy. I was 7 or 8 years old and on the playground at my school in Dallas when we were told that he had passed away. I am hoping that my new favorite president will be President Obama.
